Are JANUA fragrances authentic?
Yes. JANUA perfumes are made with fragrance concentrates from GIVAUDAN, one of the world's leading fragrance houses, and blended in Thailand.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays). Delivery is about 1–3 business days for Bangkok and the metropolitan area, and 2–5 business days for other provinces, via Kerry or J&T.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PromptPay through our secure payment processor (Ksher). Your card is charged in Thai Baht.
Can I return a perfume?
Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt. For hygiene reasons, opened fragrances cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.
How does the campaign / lucky draw work?
Qualifying paid orders automatically receive a unique campaign code. You can also submit a payment slip if you paid offline. Winners are selected by random draw and announced on our Winners page.
Do you ship outside Thailand?
At the moment we ship within Thailand only.
