1. Acceptance
By placing an order on this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Products and Pricing
All prices are shown in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders where a pricing error has occurred.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully captured. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PromptPay via Ksher. Your card is charged in Thai Baht; any foreign-exchange fees are your bank's responsibility.
4. Shipping
We ship within Thailand via Kerry Express and J&T Express. Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days for Bangkok and 2–5 business days for other provinces. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier.
5. Returns & Refunds
Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details. Contact us before returning any item.
6. Campaign
Campaign codes are issued automatically on qualifying paid orders. One code per qualifying order. Refunded orders forfeit their code. Winners are selected by random draw. Our decision is final.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and product imagery on this site are the property of WERIN WEALTH INTERTRADE CO., LTD. or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, our liability is limited to the value of the order in dispute. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Thailand.
